OUR SERVICES
External Quality Assessments (EQA): Comprehensive EQA services aligned with the IIA Standards, including self-assessment facilitation, on-site reviews, and detailed reporting with actionable recommendations.
UK Code of Practice Implementation: Gap analysis, tailored implementation plans, training workshops, and ongoing support to ensure compliance with the new Code.
QAIP Development & Enhancement: Design and implementation of robust QAIPs, including quality assurance procedures, continuous improvement methodologies, and reporting frameworks. We will offer different tiers of QAIP support, from basic templates to full bespoke solutions.
Enabling IA with data Analytics: This initiative focuses on building a robust and sustainable data analytics capability within your Internal Audit team. We will work collaboratively to equip your team with the necessary skills, tools, and methodologies to leverage data effectively throughout the audit lifecycle.

Online community: The Creation of an online community to share ideas, receive help & support and Online and in person seminars & events.
Online Training & Development: Targeted training programs for SME Internal Audit teams on topics such as risk assessment, control framework design, and stakeholder management. These will be offered online and in-person.
Virtual Internal Audit Function Support: For organisations with very small or no internal audit function, we can provide outsourced support, including risk assessment, audit planning, and execution.
