David Tyler – Senior Consultant
Dr. Joshua Tyler – Data Consultant

David is a KPMG trained ACA, 2001 (ICAEW No. 8897633), associate member of the Institute or Internal Auditors (14 years) and elapsed member of the Institute of Risk Managers (7 years). He has 23 years of Internal Audit experience, 13 years within commercial business including as Head of Assurance for a logistics plc (7 years) and 10 years within the UK Banking sector. He is a creative problem solver who brings a different perspective to new and existing problems. He has worked within complex business landscapes and has honed his Internal Audit skills in financial management, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
David has a unique perspective on business and an ability to view the world from multiple perspectives. As a Chartered Accountant and Internal Audit professional, he has led teams of up to 40, coached and mentored colleagues, and driven strategic initiatives. He has a curiosity and love of learning which fuels his desire to share knowledge and inspire others. David is keen to support the next generation of leaders and explore how together you can achieve your goals.
Richard Duke – Risk Consultant
Richard is a highly experienced consultant with a strong background in both first and second-line risk management activities. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed the design and implementation of comprehensive Risk and Control Risk assessment programmes for a diverse range of medium-sized businesses, including those in the retail, wholesale, and manufacturing sectors. Richard's experience demonstrates a consistent commitment to enhancing the resilience and performance of his enterprise clients.
He is a dynamic problem solving with the ability to think critically, understand business processes, and develop practical solutions to mitigate identified risks. He has strong Stakeholder Management skills, understanding new perspectives, addressing key concerns, and fostering collaboration to achieve project goals.
Josh has a PhD from University of Bath which delivered a data driven analysis of Phylogenetic Diversity & Morphological Disparity in seabirds.
He is a simulation and data analytics specialist working at the intersection of Industry & Academia. Broad experience in Data Analytics & Simulation Modelling and a background in applied scientific research. Involvement in projects across the Health, Infrastructure, Security and Defence sectors. Focus on delivering innovative and novel data-driven solutions to customer problems. Proven communication skills in both client facing and internal team scenarios with strong ability to self-manage and prioritise under pressure. Josh is actively interested in data driven decision making and the application of statistics and numerical-based problem solving to solving real world problems.
Olivia Sharma – Community Building Consultant
Olivia is a passionate and results-oriented Community Catalyst dedicated to fostering thriving online communities for organisations. With a proven track record of building engaged audiences and driving meaningful interactions. Olivia has successfully conceptualised and launched several online communities from the ground up, building targeted engagement strategies and the implementation of community guidelines that fostered a positive and inclusive environment. She possesses a knack for creating compelling and shareable content that resonates with target audiences. Olivia is adept at planning and executing impactful online and virtual events. Furthermore, she has experience in facilitating online networking sessions that encourage meaningful connections among community members. Olivia is genuinely enthusiastic about building communities and fostering connections. This passion is contagious and helps to inspire engagement and participation among community members.
